Refunds
Digital Products (e.g., Video Courses, E-books):
- Eligibility: Refund requests for digital products can be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Procedure: To request a refund, please contact us at nuru.korisu@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.
- Approval: Refunds will be processed if the product has not been significantly used or downloaded. We reserve the right to assess the usage before approving a refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Physical Products (e.g., Books, Merchandise):
- Eligibility: Refund requests for physical products can be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at nuru.korisu@gmail.com for instructions. Once the return is approved, you will receive the return address.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at nuru.korisu@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
